friendly service staff smile insufficient cleaning hygiene concern

I stayed in a Family Room. The hotel has a separate, well kept pool for smaller children. The service was friendly, and the staff greeted everyone with smiles.

The hotel pools closed three times during the week. The closures were twice because of faeces and uncleanliness. I am concerned that cleaning in communal areas did not increase.

mixed experience at this resort

ineffective air conditioning rude staff

I encountered some issues . The air conditioning in the room did not seem effective. the staff at the godiva cafe was also quite rude and abrupt, disappointing. securing reservations at the a la carte restaurants required logging on to an app each morning, a stressful process. prime times were often unavailable by 10:01 am. this made planning meals unnecessarily difficult.

spacious room modern design really good service high floor

I stayed in a beautiful double room sea view. it had a spacious and modern design, and included everything we needed. we loved the high floor location in a quiet area as i had requested. the level of service was really good. The staff took pride in their work.

though the hotel generally met our expectations, securing reservations at the à la carte restaurants proved difficult. the app would often crash. this small issue aside, our stay was lovely
